Community Bank of Tri-County Employee Receives Leader in Excellence Award

Waldorf, Md., May 31, 2013 – Community Bank of Tri-County announced today that Christy Lombardi, Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources,received the Leader in Excellence Award for her dedication to Community Bank.

"The Leader in Excellence Award acknowledges those employees who exemplify excellence. Christy embodies the values of Community Bank by working hard to exceed the expectations of her coworkers, customers and community," said William Pasenelli, President of Community Bank of Tri-County.

Community Bank of Tri-County developed and implemented its Culture of Excellence, a program designed to provide employees with a work environment that is ideal for achieving personal and professional success. This program focuses on the six key values of integrity, accountability, professionalism, diversity, community-focused and communicative.

Mrs. Lombardi has over 19 years of banking experience and joined Community Bank in 1998. She is a graduate of Maryland Banking School. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Council of Professional Women in Banking and Finance through the Maryland Bankers Association. Mrs. Lombardi also serves as a board member for the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers her time within the community.
