Community Bank of Tri-County Announces Promotions

Waldorf, Md., February 10, 2009 - Michael Middleton, President and CEO of Community Bank of Tri-County, is pleased to announce several promotions in the management team at Community Bank of Tri-County. Tabatha Griffin, Karrie Wood and Sam Hornbaker have been promoted to Assistant Vice President within the organization. Christy Lombardi, Community Bank of Tri-County Human Resource Manager, has been promoted to Vice President.

"Each individual has been a key part of our success. These promotions are well-earned testaments to the dedication each of these individuals have provided to Community Bank and our clients over many years" said Middleton.

Tabatha Griffin, Lexington Park Branch Sales Manager, has been with Community Bank for 11 years and has over 22 years of banking experience. Ms. Griffin attends the Maryland Bankers Association Maryland Banking School and has participated in a number of courses through the American Institute of Banking.

Karrie Wood, Charlotte Hall Branch Sales Manager, joined Community Bank in 2002. Ms. Wood has been in banking for over 15 years and has extensive branch management experience. Ms. Wood is a graduate of Maryland Banking School. She serves on a number of civic boards and committees.

Sam Hornbaker, Network Administrator, has been with Community Bank since 2006 and has over 22 years of experience in information technology. Mr. Hornbaker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and is currently working towards a master's degree.

Christy Lombardi, Human Resource Manager, has been with Community Bank for over ten years and has served in various roles. Ms. Lombardi attends the Maryland Banking School, holds an Associate degree in Management Development, a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management.
