Waldorf, Md., June 2, 2009 - Community Bank of Tri-County is proud to be teaming up with the American Red Cross of Southern Maryland for the fourth consecutive year through their participation in the Relax for Red Cross program.

Community Bank employees who contribute to the American Red Cross will receive a Red Cross pin and be entitled to casual dress for the three month period from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Community Bank will also match a portion of proceeds raised from this event, which will benefit the American Red Cross Southern Maryland Chapter's Local Disaster Relief Fund.
"Each year, we look to our Relax for Red Cross campaign to help bring our associates together with a common goal of making a real difference in the communities we serve. This is a fun way for our employees to give to a good cause," says Michael Middleton, Community Bank of Tri-County President and CEO. "We are encouraging everyone to Relax for Red Cross and participate in this three month-long event." The community at large is also encouraged to participate.
