New Senior Financial Officer Joins Community Bank of Tri-County

Waldorf, MD, December 15, 2009 - Community Bank of Tri-County announced today the addition of Mr. Todd Capitani, CPA, as Vice President, Senior Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Capitani will be responsible for the bank's financial activities including budgeting, analysis, reporting and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Capitani has almost 20 years of experience in government contract accounting, controllership, corporate finance, business operations and external audit. Prior to joining Community Bank, Mr. Capitani served as Senior Finance Manager with Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Capitani is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his B.A. in business economics with a concentration in accounting from the University of California.
