Community Bank of Tri-County Breaks Ground for New Branch in King George, Virginia

Waldorf, Md., November 8, 2011 - Community Bank of Tri-County announced today that they have broken ground on their 11th branch location, in King George, Virginia. Members of Community Bank of Tri-County, King George Chamber of Commerce and the community came together for the groundbreaking ceremony November 3, 2011 at the site of the new branch. This new branch will expand the Community Bank network into King George and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

"As Community Bank continues its success in serving the market of Southern Maryland, the opportunities in the Northern Neck of Virginia offer us another market just across the river that is very similar to the customers we have served for over 60 years.We have always grown with our customers, many of whom are living in King George and anticipate that King George and its neighbors will experience solid growth in the coming years," said Michael Middleton, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Community Bank of Tri-County.

The new branch is scheduled to open to the public during the second quarter of 2012. The branch will provide full-service banking to individuals and businesses, and will offer a complete range of products and services to meet the needs of the community.
