Waldorf, Md., April 11, 2006 - Community Bank of Tri-County recently received an Award of Distinction from the Communicator Awards 2006 Print Competition. Community Bank was recognized for its IRA print advertisement “It’s 2005. Remember when that seemed like a long way off?”
“Over the past couple of years, we’ve ramped up our marketing and advertising to create fun and effective campaigns. It is very exciting to be recognized by the industry for our efforts,” says Hillary Theriault, Assistant Vice President and Marketing Manager for Community Bank of Tri-County. “This campaign was very successful for the bank and a big hit with our employees, who are featured in the ad.”
The Communicator Awards is an international awards competition that recognizes outstanding work in the communication field. Entries are judged by industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. The Award of Distinction is awarded for projects that exceed industry standards in design or communication skills. There were 5,214 entries from throughout the United States and several foreign countries in The Communicator Awards 2006 Print Competition.
