IT Communications Specialist

Position Requirements:

Candidate must be a self-starter with strong time management, analytical and organizational skills. Qualified candidates must also possess knowledge and three years experience with the following:

  • Networking and communications hardware
  • TCP/IP and voice communication protocols, including VoIP
  • Ability to document and diagram voice and data networks
  • Voice and data problem troubleshooting
  • Virtual private networking

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for oversight, maintenance and troubleshooting of all Bank voice and data communication functions. Serves as the lead contact with all telecommunications and data service providers. This position requires interfacing and coordinating with senior level management to ensure voice and data communications are in line with the Bank's strategic plan. Investigation of new and evolving technologies will be an ongoing responsibility of this position.

Investment Consultant

Position Requirements:

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

  • Three years successful experience selling investment and securities products and services, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Bachelor's Degree and a thorough knowledge and understanding of investment products or a comparable level of experience and education
  • Active FINRA Series 6, 63 and 7 securities licenses, as well as Life and Health licenses
  • Excellent customer service attitude, strong sales and cross sales
  • Ability to assess customer needs, recommend appropriate products and compel the customers to act upon those recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills as well as the flexibility to travel to various customer or branch locations
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Be energetic, self-motivated and able to function with limited supervision
  • Existing contacts in market area are necessary

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains investment account relationships. Establishes new customer relationships and works to build existing customer relationships and services those accounts. Works to develop referral sources within the Bank as well as through external sources. Provides advice to customers on investments, informing them of current market trends and investment strategies. Maintains a profitable level of sales to exceed the monthly draw and achieve annual objectives. Stays informed of market trends, new product offerings and compliance and regulatory issues.

Residential and Consumer Underwriter/Closer

Position Requirements:

Candidate must be a self-starter with strong time management, analytical and organizational skills. Requires good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Outlook, Word and Excel. Qualified candidates must also possess the following:

  • A degree in finance, accounting or a related field or a comparable level of experience and education
  • Knowledge of residential and consumer lending processes, regulations and documentation
  • Ability to review and analyze residential and consumer credits, including personal and business tax returns and financials, to make sound loan decision recommendations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and approach at all times when dealing with customers, both internal and external
  • Ability to exercise professionalism, confidentiality and good judgment
  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail

Candidates with a proficiency in Precision, Easy Lender Mortgage, Easy Lender IDM Software and Mortgagebot are preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

Performs closing functions and prepares documents for residential and consumer loans. Interacts with residential loan officers or branch representatives to coordinate closing documentation. Evaluates and underwrites all residential and consumer loans to ensure that the loan meets credit, debt service ratios and collateral guidelines of the Bank. Performs all tasks in accordance with Bank policies and guidelines as well as state and federal laws and regulations. Follows up with loan officers or branch representatives to gather missing information or documents when necessary.

Bank Teller

Responsible for providing prompt, efficient and friendly service that exceeds customer expectations. 

Tellers are also responsible for:

  • Processing transactions involving receipt and payment of cash and negotiable items for customers
  • Providing information about our products and services to customers based on their financial needs and goals
  • Utilizing sales skills to meet individual and branch goals

Qualified applicants must possess:

  • Teller or retail cash handling experience and excellent customer service skills
  • Service and sales minded attitude, a strong work ethic and possess excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in a professional, team oriented environment

Tellers are required to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays. This position requires lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for long periods of time. 

Full-time and part-time positions are available in various branch locations.
