The Community Financial Corporation, the holding company of Community Bank of the Chesapeake, and Shore Bancshares, Inc., the holding company of Shore United Bank, are combining companies in a merger of equals. We are excited to announce that we received the required regulatory approvals. The Business Analysis Solutions Account has been specifically designed to meet the needs of our larger and/or high volume business customers. If you tend to maintain larger balances, you can offset fees in the form of an earnings credit leaving you with more money to spend on developing and managing your business.

Your earnings credit is calculated by the daily average collected balance less 10% reserve times the earnings credit rate, times the number of days in the statement cycle divided by 365 days. Fees that can be offset by the earnings credit include:
