Warren serves as Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer for the Calvert County market. In this role, he will focus on generating business lending opportunities while building banking relationships within the business community. He joins Community Bank from Virginia Partners Bank where he served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender. Prior to that, he worked for PNC Bank for 25 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a business administration concentration. He is also a graduate of Maryland Banking School.

Warren, a resident of Calvert County, is an active member in his community. He currently serves as a board member for the Calvert County Economic Development Authority.

Ernest is responsible for the supervision and development of the commercial relationships and loan activity for Charles and St. Mary’s County. Prior to joining Community Bank, he was an assistant vice president and commercial and consumer loan officer at First National Bank of St. Mary’s (now PNC Bank). 

Ernie attended the College of Southern Maryland and graduated from Maryland Bankers School. He also trained in the credit department of Mercantile Bank, Baltimore and completed Omega for Commercial Lending to Business Consumer Lending. Additionally, he has completed various courses through the American Institute of Banking and with Robert Morris Associates. 

Ernie is an advisory board member of the College of Southern Maryland, St. Mary’s County and a board member of the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce. He is the past board of trustees’ president at St. Mary’s Nursing Center, Inc., past president of the Leonardtown Lions Club and past president of the Seventh District Rescue Squad Auxiliary. 

Susan Rollins

Susan is responsible for growing commercial loan and deposit business relationships Charles County. Prior to joining the bank, she held several positions at PNC Bank including Consumer Lender, Commercial Lender and Branch Manager. In all, she has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry.

Ms. Rollins has successfully completed the RMA Commercial Lending School program at East Carolina University in 2007. She gives freely of her time, currently serving on the Charles County Freedom Landing Board.

As a Commercial Lender for Community Bank of the Chesapeake, Erin is dedicated to providing custom solutions in order to fulfill the lending needs of our customers. She is responsible for growing the commercial lending portfolio in the St. Mary’s County market.

Erin has over 15 years of experience in the Banking Industry. She joined Community Bank in 2013 and worked as a Commercial Credit Analyst and Underwriter prior to becoming a Commercial Lender. In 2020, she graduated with honors from Maryland Banking School. She obtained her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the College of Southern Maryland and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration through the University of Maryland Global Campus. Erin is a St. Mary’s County native and takes pride in being an active member of the community. She currently serves on the board for Health Share of St. Mary’s.

Tony Farland

Tony is responsible for leading the Fredericksburg, Virginia commercial lending team, which consists of two commercial loan officers, a loan support specialist and a loan portfolio manager.  His position with the Bank includes managing his team and their generation of commercial loans, deposits and other ancillary business. 

Tony has over 20 years of experience in banking and finances and joined Community Bank in 2011. Tony is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association’s School of Bank Management at The University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He completed various courses through the American Bankers Association and the Center for Financial Training. He also completed the Credit Training program through Omega, in Pittsburgh.

Tony is actively involved in Fredericksburg and the surrounding communities, including Stafford, Spotsylvania and King George Counties. Tony volunteers his time with organizations such as the Rappahannock United Way and Rappahannock Area YMCA.  Tony serves on the Board of Directors of the Rappahannock Area YMCA and is the President of the King George YMCA Board of Directors. Tony also serves on the Fredericksburg Country Club Finance Committee.

David Belman

David has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and currently serves the commercial lending needs for clients throughout the Fredericksburg market. 

He attended Germanna Community College and completed the RMA Commercial Lending School program at East Carolina University. He is an accredited Asset Management Specialist through the Institute of Wealth Management and has attended numerous workshops on commercial banking through the Virginia Bankers Association. David frequently gives of his time to support community organizations. He has served on the board of directors for the Rappahannock United Way and the Rappahannock Area YMCA and was treasurer of the Stafford Ruritan Club.

Sam serves as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer for Orange, VA and the surrounding markets. In this role, his focus is on generating business lending opportunities while building banking relationships. Prior to joining Community Bank, Sam served for 13 years as Commercial Loan Officer at Virginia Community Bank and Blue Ridge Bank. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shepherd University and is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association Banking School.

Sam is an active member in his community. He is Past President of the Rotary Club of Orange and current Chairperson of Orange Christmas Parade Committee and the Past President and current Treasurer of the Orange Chamber of Commerce. He is a past board member of Germanna Community College, College Board.  Sam also serves as a volunteer for various events in Orange, Culpeper and Charlottesville communities.
