Update. The Community Financial Corporation, the holding company of Community Bank of the Chesapeake, and Shore Bancshares, Inc., the holding company of Shore United Bank, are combining companies in a merger of equals. We are excited to announce that we received the required regulatory approvals. The completion of the merger remains subject to shareholder approval from both companies and the satisfaction of other closing conditions. Who Can Enter: 
This survey is open to all individuals who are legal residents of the United States of America and its possessions, who as of the date of the entry are at least 18 years of age. Participants do not need to be customers of Community Bank of the Chesapeake. No purchase, transaction or account relationship required to win. 

How to Enter:
Complete the survey by 11:59PM on March 31, 2023. The survey can be completed online or by printed copy provided by your local branch. To be entered into the drawing, you must include your name, email and phone number on the survey. Please note, if you do not include your name, email and phone number, you are not be eligible for the drawing. Alternately, you can enter the drawing by mailing in a post card with your name, address, phone number and email address to Marketing, P.O. Box 38, Waldorf, MD 20604, ATTN: Survey. 

How We Will Determine the Winner: 
Winners will be selected among eligible entries. To be eligible, you must submit a completed survey with your name, email and phone number, or the alternate method of a post card submission, as mentioned above. 5 names will be drawn from eligible entries and contacted via email or phone number by April 14, 2023. Prizes must be claimed by April 30, 2023. If your prize is not claimed by April 30, 2023 we will draw a new name out of the eligible participants. 

Additional Guidelines: 
Employees of Community Bank of the Chesapeake, its affiliates and its parent company, The Community Financial Corporation are encouraged to participate in the survey but are not eligible to enter the drawing. There is no right for the winner to request a substitute or assign the prize. Community Bank of the Chesapeake reserves the right to discontinue the promotion or change the terms of this drawing at any time. Community Bank of the Chesapeake and its agencies, officers and employees are not responsible for technical malfunctions which may occur related to this promotion; and assume no responsibility or liability to damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize, including liability for personal injury and/or death.
