All personal checking accounts include an ATM card or Checkcard, and access to thousands of surcharge-free ATMs through the Allpoint Network.

Under Federal regulations, the bank reserves the right to require at least seven days notice prior to the withdrawal or transfer of funds from these accounts. If the bank exercises this right, the account holder’s request for withdrawal or transfer of funds will constitute the beginning of the seven-day notice period.
