The Community Financial Corporation, the holding company of Community Bank of the Chesapeake, and Shore Bancshares, Inc., the holding company of Shore United Bank, are combining companies in a merger of equals. We are excited to announce that we received the required regulatory approvals. The completion of the merger remains subject to shareholder approval from both companies and the satisfaction of other closing conditions. Endorse your check with “For Mobile Deposit at CBTC” followed by your signature and CBTC account number. Use the camera on your phone to upload images of the front and back of your endorsed check to our secure system and get access to your money. It’s a simple way to deposit a check without a trip to a branch!
