The Community Financial Corporation, the holding company of Community Bank of the Chesapeake, and Shore Bancshares, Inc., the holding company of Shore United Bank, are combining companies in a merger of equals. We are excited to announce that we received the required regulatory approvals. The completion of the merger remains subject to shareholder approval from both companies and the satisfaction of other closing conditions. Click on Popmoney™ as a payment method
Enter the requested information and send your payment
Once you’ve used it, you can review past transactions
